Master Two Semesters’ Curriculum

About the M.Sc. Study Plan :

The M.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning program offers a structured curriculum that combines both coursework and thesis components. The program requires the completion of 42 credit hours, divided into core required courses and electives, alongside a significant research thesis. In the first two semesters, students will engage in foundational courses such as Planning Theory and Process, Research Methods in Planning, Urban Land Economics, and Planning Techniques Workshops. Advanced electives allow students to specialize in areas like Geospatial Technology, Urban Transportation Modeling, and Real Estate Development.
